Your property
Murray Place Suites is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property, equipment, or belongings brought onto the premises by members, guests, or visitors. This includes computers, phones, documents, vehicles, and items left in offices, common areas, or the parking lot. Members use the space and store items at their own risk.
Our property
Members and guests are responsible for damage caused to Murray Place Suites property, including office furniture, equipment, common areas, walls, flooring, doors, and shared amenities. Damage caused by a member or their guests will be the financial responsibility of that member. Murray Place Suites reserves the right to assess and charge for damages at repair or replacement cost.
Memberships
Membership agreements, rates, terms, and billing are handled separately through Murray Place Suites management. Submitting a form on this website does not constitute a membership agreement or guarantee availability. All memberships are subject to a separate agreement signed at enrollment.
Limitation of liability
Murray Place Suites is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the premises, including loss of business, data, or revenue. Our total liability in any matter related to use of this site is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to access it.
Conduct
Members and visitors are expected to maintain a professional environment and respect other tenants. Murray Place Suites reserves the right to remove any person from the premises or terminate any membership for conduct deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of the membership agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the premises will be resolved in the courts of Peoria County, Illinois.
